Product Description:
One-component RTV silicone rubber cures via cross-linking upon contact with atmospheric moisture. 
Classified by curing mechanism: Deacetic Acid Type, Deketoxime Type, Dealcoholized Type, Deacetone Type.
Methanol-Release RTV-1 Silicone Rubber is non-irritating, non-corrosive to metals, and exhibits no cracking during curing, along with good adhesion. It maintains excellent physical and electrical properties even in harsh environments, making it a high-performance RTV-1 silicone rubber widely used as an adhesive in the electronics and electrical industries, and as a sealant in construction and automotive applications.
Ethanol-Release RTV-1 Silicone Rubber releases ethanol as a by-product during curing, which has a mild odor and is non-corrosive to metals (though it may cause cracking or whitening on some PC substrates). It adheres well to metals, ceramics, glass, and most plastics, and is primarily used for bonding electronic components, and for securing and protecting PCB assemblies.
Deoxime-Type RTV-1 Silicone Rubber is formulated with a organosilane crosslinker containing ketoxime groups. It offers moderate curability, and the ketoxime by-product released during curing has a mild odor. While slightly corrosive to copper, it is non-corrosive to other metals. It is mainly used as a sealant and adhesive in construction, electronics, electrical, and automotive industries.
